Each tribe is instructed to choose one member to get on a boat to go on a journey, where they would make a decision.

Each representative must make a public decision between protecting and risking their votes for an advantage.

If all of them choose to risk their votes, they would all lose their vote at the next Tribal Council they attended.

If there is a split decision, only those who chose to risk their votes would receive an advantage.

It is an Extra Vote, which can be secretly used to place an extra vote at Tribal Council.
