The primary goal of the update was to allow a more flexible number of districts and tributes, along with improving the internal structure of the simulator so that it would be easier to update in the future.
In initial testing, this engine could run simulations for 1,000 tributes in 0.5 seconds. The starting limits for the public test are 200 tributes & 200 districts, but they could be upgraded if no performance problems are found with more concurrent users.
You can now change the individual titles for districts, along with the color, to differentiate them. These will function similar to tribes in Survivor and teams in the other simulators. You can change between a shadow and a more plain outline, along with differentiating between a black and white outline.
Event flexibility has been improved, allowing up to 100 tributes per event and fatal event. Arena events can now have multiple surviving scenarios and more or less fatal scenarios.
An option to import and export Custom Text and Events to a text file is planned. This includes an easy option to export your saved events from the old simulator the new one.
New: A relationship option has been enabled, which defaults to district loyalty. In order to use this district loyalty, all of the events in the default set were updated with new enemy and ally syntax to make sure allies don't try to harm one another. An endgame event can end the simulation with multiple winners, or no winners at all if everyone left is loyal to one another and a probability that you can decide --- whether you want it to be triggered 100% of the time when prerequisites are met or extremely rare.
12/11/19 Update: Support for non-mutual and changing relationships was added. You can see details on how these work on the
