The Duel
The Format
Here’s this season works. The cast has been divided into two different groups, but it’s an individual game.

A duel is where competitors will be eliminated after every challenge in a one-on-one battle for survival.

If it’s a duel day for Group #1, the member of Group #1 that outperforms all the others in Group #1 in the challenge will be granted safety from elimination in the duel. Instead of voting someone into the duel, that person will be picking one person to stick around. That person will be on Group #2 and will choose another member of Group #1 to be safe. This will occur until there is just one member of Group #1 left. That member will participate in the duel regardless. Once that member has been determined, he or she can pick another member of Group #1 to compete against in the duel, who can be anyone except the day’s challenge winner. The winner of the duel stays. The loser goes home.

When three of each group remain, both groups compete for safety, with the two losers from each group competing in the duel as normal. There will be four finalists at the final challenge, battling it out for $300,000. There will be two winners – one from each group. Each winner will receive $150,000.

Proceed.
