"The contestants must swim to a pontoon and cross over a group of outrigger canoes, balance beams, and pontoons to reach the other end of the course. They will then jump into the water, swim to the buoys, untying two bundles of sticks from buoys at the end of the course instead of diving for flags, then using the sticks and rope to build a long pole and retrieve two rings." ~ @SurvivorWiki
