Net Swing

The contestant must start at the bottom of one of four cargo nets suspended in the air and grab a flag which will release the net and cause it to swing to the next one where they must repeat the process. The contestant will lose if they fail to complete the challenge within four minutes, fall, or give up.

The last contestant sent to the Dog Pound breaks the tie.
